Interview
1. HR will ask you via SMS if you are available for an interview
2. Interview is via phone call only. Most questions are non-technical since the role is for fresh graduates only.
3. HR will ask you what programming languages you are knowledgeable. Then, they will ask you to rate your knowledge for each programming languages

Question 1
Can you give me an example of a time when you overcome a difficult challenge?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
