I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (New Delhi) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview process began with a brief introduction to the company, where the interviewer shared insights about the company's values, mission, and expectations for the role. Following this, I was asked to introduce myself, during which I highlighted my background, skills, and experiences relevant to the position. The discussion then shifted to my individual and group projects, where I explained my contributions, challenges faced, and the impact these projects had on my skill development. A significant portion of the interview focused on understanding my ability to manage conflicts, oversee team dynamics, and handle interpersonal issues. I provided examples of situations where I successfully managed these challenges, emphasizing my approach to fostering a collaborative work environment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about one of your individual Project and group project that you have completed until now.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
