I applied through university. I interviewed at Accenture in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process went well. The interviewer has asked me about my self introduction , the skills I acquire and about my project. They look out our passion to work there and how confident we are to be placed there and at the same we need not have over confidence on it. I have finally selected at last after answering all her questions on my accomplishments and all.

Can you tell me about a person who supported you when you are not aware of that skill you have and then later you have succeeded in that? Is there any situation or person like this in you life?
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
