Interview
In the interview process, candidates first undergo an aptitude and coding round. After successfully clearing the first round, they participate in a communication assessment. Finally, the process culminates with a round that combines both technical and HR interviews.

1. What was your UG Major Project and what specific contributions did you make to it?
2. Can you explain the core OOP concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction, and provide examples of how you have applied them?
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
