1 day after I submitted my CV, HR called me for screening. It's extremely direct conversation with all future steps. Few days later I had a first round with a business lead, and few days later with a senior lead. All interviews were smooth and professional. Within few days I got offer.

It's about my previous experience and a reason behind changing my current role.
Insgesamt gab es vier Gespräche. Eins mit HR, eins mit HR und Senior Manager und zwei mit Partnern. Sehr professionell und angenehme Gespräche. Die Gespräche liefen über Zoom. Die Zeitspanne war zwischen 30-60 Minuten.
