The interview process consisted of multiple stages and was generally well structured. It began with an initial screening call with HR to discuss background, experience, and role fit. This was followed by one to two interviews with the hiring manager and senior stakeholders.
The interviews focused on a mix of technical capability and behavioural questions, particularly around product development processes, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving in a regulated environment. I was also asked to walk through past projects and explain my approach to end-to-end product development and go-to-market execution.
The process was reasonably thorough and detail-oriented, reflecting the complexity of the role and the business. Communication throughout the process was generally clear, and timelines were mostly communicated upfront, though some stages took longer than expected.
Overall, the interview experience was professional and provided a realistic picture of the role, expectations, and working environment.
