Simple and clear. The focus of the conversation is primarily on your work history in marketing and brand management. As long as you can showcase your expertise in ideally both the Chinese and Australian markets, you're good to go.

Tell me about a marketing campaign you led. What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them?
Very good experience! Everyone in the process is professional and experienced, and we had a couple of great talks. HR department is responsive and highly efficient, and very patient to answer all my detail questions.
