Access Intelligence(UK) /Research Assistant interview questions

Offered an interview very soon after applying. I was invited in for a short interview and was asked to come back on a Friday. The recruitment manager seemed surprised when I turned up on that Friday, and asked me to come back another day. I received a rejection on that Monday and found the process to be a waste of time. The pay offered was just above minimum wage.
