Ace Grading interview questions

2 stage interview process. Went for the interview but never heard anything back at all. When I contacted them asking for some feedback they didn’t even respond to that despite having read the message. A few friends have also applied here and don’t get any acknowledgement of their application or feedback. Doesn’t matter which department so it feels like their recruitment department is the issue not the hiring managers
