After applying for the position online, I was called by a recruitment company to do a phone screening. She asked many questions in regards to my skills and experience in sales. Face to face interview was great! The interview was bubbly, funny and made me feel comfortable. As the role was sales based, she asked a lot of situational questions and my techniques and reactions to those situations.
