Acrelec interview questions

I received an interview with two panelists, one of which was out sick, and a HR Rep. I started my interview on time with the HR rep, and was told another employee would be filling in. The first panelist was five minutes late. They began the interview by telling me that I was overqualified and that I would probably not want this position. I reiterated my interest and we ran through the beginning questions and my resume. The second panelist was 10 minutes late, and wanted me to go back through my resume and the opening questions. They cut off my answers and explainations only after a few words and only asked me 5 questions. The interview was scheduled for an hour but only lasted 20 minutes. They also ended the interview abruptly and did not ask me if I had any questions. I later received feedback after my rejection that my hair was unprofessional and that I made too many facial expressions. That was my only feedback. The whole interview felt like I was being dismissed and was wasting their time. The feedback on my hair was also confusing as they commented that I was wearing pigtails but my hair was down. Not sure if they even remembered me with how brief the interview was.
