Acthound interview questions

The interview was conducted over the phone and seemed to be going well. After everything was done and they explained the irresponsibilities of the job, I was told I had gotten the job! They told me I would be sent an onboarding email that'd be sent in one to two days. I never received an onboarding email. It's been almost two weeks since then.
