The interview process was extremely well-conducted and a pleasant experience overall. There were several stages - as expected for the role - and these were well-divided between technical and cultural aspects.
I felt that both rounds were appropriately balanced - allowing both parties to form an honest and accurate understanding of one another <-- which is exactly how it should be!
