I have sent my cv through email and they have called for an interview. The interview was taken on a Microsoft teams call. I was asked about my personal interests and prior work experiences

Question 1
What are prior work experiences regarding marketing?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AdAid (London, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview turned out to be mostly made up of eligibility questions and to see if I was willing to do what they wanted - it was clear that they would take anyone. The "position" was matched betting, which was not said in the job posting, otherwise I would not have applied. Afterwards, they sent a contract that required you to be self-employed, which was never mentioned previously.
Good, very simple and conversational - questions were not too challenging but the role detail was not clear. Very nice interviewer, with questions closely related to experience and personal CV
