A phone screen with HR is first and then interviews with the team leads and manager. The entire process from application submission to offer was about 6.5 weeks. I was contacted about 3 weeks after applying for the phone screen. The interviews were held back to back about 2 weeks after the phone screen and an offer was extended the day after the interviews.
