The company is very clear about the objectives. The information circulate from top to bottom. People are very approchable and willing to help you. Projects are very interesting. End of year bonus for all (rate depending on the performance).
Cons
The company doesnt always develop the employee for it carrers. Difference between UK and US sites in terms of promotion.

The pay, social community, less than a handful of good managers. Most of the non-management staff are very nice.
Cons
Most managers there are back stabbers to their staff. They treat staff as if they have no worth, undermining and many negative things.

It is a job with salary.
Cons
The working environment is filled with colleagues who back-stab you. Many managers treat you like slave rather than care about your development. The company is in favor of who can talk rather than who can work. Too much unnecessary rules everywhere to depress staff. Gossips everywhere to make the environment more worst. That's why high turn-over rate lately !!
