I have been working at Adaptimmune full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The pay, social community, less than a handful of good managers. Most of the non-management staff are very nice.

Most managers there are back stabbers to their staff. They treat staff as if they have no worth, undermining and many negative things.

I have been working at Adaptimmune full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It is a job with salary.

    Cons

The working environment is filled with colleagues who back-stab you. Many managers treat you like slave rather than care about your development. The company is in favor of who can talk rather than who can work. Too much unnecessary rules everywhere to depress staff. Gossips everywhere to make the environment more worst. That's why high turn-over rate lately !!
