Interview
I applied online, process took about 2 weeks. Initial phone call to discuss my experience and what I was looking for. Then 2 interviews, both done virtually as I was located in Ireland. Was made feel very comfortable in both interviews which helped settle my nerves. Got to meet different members of the team throughout the interview process. Overall very good process

Interview
Initial call with Laura discussing my previous experience and roles I was interested in. She then set up a virtual interview with herself and a senior member of the Ecommerce team to further discuss my skillset and previous experience. Lots of competency based questions assessing my current level of skill. We then set up an in person interview with the Social Media Manager which was more based on transferable skills and where I see myself sitting in the business
