I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Add People (Altrincham, England) in Aug 2023
Interview
Initially I got In-touch with add people and came in for an 'informal' chat with some employees. There I was able to find out about the business and the available positions within each department. Following this I was contacted for an interview which took place over google meets, Ellie and Laura were very pleasant for the duration of the interview. I was then invited onto site for a second interview with Jason and Ellie, where I was further investigated for the role. I was promptly contacted after every stage. Communication throughout was strong.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Add People (Altrincham, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
My first round of interview was a virtual meeting with part of the recruitment team and part of the team I would be joining. Add People were warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The second interview was in-person with the head of department I was joining. It was, again, a welcoming experience, with passionate, friendly employees.
