Phone call, google meets call soon after, in person interview and then phone call for offer. The staff are lovely and very friendly during each stage of the interview process. The phone call and online interview stages are quite informal, finding out more about yourself and previous experience. In-person is more formal but staff are very friendly.

The interview process was very thorough and I found that it was more of conversation that a rigid, corporate formality. I enjoyed the discussion around the job description, how progression in the role is achieved, and the benefits of working with Add People,

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Add People in Mar 2025
Interview
Super quick & organised interview process! Initial call from internal recruiter to get to know a bit about why you are looking for a new role etc, Then 1st stage Google Meets interview, both interviewers were really friendly and made me feel at ease. Then the final interview in person is slightly more formal but again both interviewers made me feel comfortable and took a real interest in what I had to say!
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Add People in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was very good. I had two interviews and in each one the interviewers made me feel very comfortable, and introduced themselves and their job roles in detail,
Although there was some crossover in my first and second interview with questions and sharing my experience, the reason for this was explained to me which avoided any confusion. They asked me to map my career path, and asked questions related to that. as well as questions that related to my personality. The second stage interview was harder and required me to really dig into my previous experiences, which was to be expected. Overall, I though the interview process was very thorough and helped me to decide if the role would be a good fit for me.
