The interview process with Add People was two stages - an initial 90-minute interview with the CMO, followed by 60+ minute with both the CMO and Director of People.
The first interview was an open discussion with Peter (CMO), discussing my previous job history, what he was looking for from someone in the role and the culture of Add People.
Interview #2 was then more formal, in the sense that there were set questions to answer, so that Kerry (Director of People) was able to ensure I'd fit into - and add to - the culture of Add People.
It was a really enjoyable interview process, being able to speak candidly and openly with Peter was different to the majority of my past interviews. You could tell how important the culture is to the company during the final interview too, it was great to see how much they value this.
