Two 30-minute interviews and then a 4-hour on-site/virtual. A lot of theoretically questions around your experience and how you would handle certain situations.

30 minute recruiter conversation about your previous experience.
30 minute hiring manager conversation that is mostly experience related and some client related questions.
4 hour “on site” which includes a demo of the product and multiple rounds of interviews with various people across the organization.
A case study is given to you in advance and you have to present for 5 minutes.
Not bad. Three rounds. Behavioral, product demo, couple other types. Felt like overall a pretty standard interview process honestly. Also the process moved a bit slowly but not too bad.

1. HR 2. Communication interview 3, a case study that is studying their platform, pretending that you are talking to the client to sell their product, and they will ask some questions during the process
First round behaviorals with recruiter over the phone. Second round with two hiring managers from any consultant teams. Final round case study on Zoom with cross functional teams colleagues and leaders.
