Phone interview is quit long, ask about past experience and brief job description, benefit, where to work. Face to face interview is shorter. Have to wait for interviewer as they're not on time.

Quite friendly and nice. Spoke a lot on my previous experience. But they seemed to be not so interested. The suggested payment is lower than my expectation. Annual leave is quite limited too.

Initial screening call with recruitment for a high level overview of role and responsibilities.
This was then followed by an in person group interview on site.
The follow up was a few weeks later via email with interview feedback.
