The interview process was moving too fast, which felt like a red flag. Barely a minute after the interview ended, HR called to say I had passed. It didn’t seem like there was any proper time for discussion.
The assessment was also unclear — it was based only on past campaign summary reports with little detail, so I didn’t even understand what was being assessed.
HR later told me I had passed to the final stage with the “big boss,” but then they ghosted me. Even when I asked why I was not selected, there was no reply or explanation for the change of mind. After all the effort, the process felt unprofessional and a waste of time.
