Great interview process! I met a lot of the team I would be working with and it was conducted online. I really enjoyed meeting everyone throughout the whole process and everyone was super nice.

Question 1
Give us an example of a time you had to overcome something difficult.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Admiral Insurance (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Feb 2024
Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews with Admiral Insurance Group, spanning a month. First, I went through an interview with Berkeley, next the HR Manager at the location, then with others apart of the HR Team. I had my third interview pushed back, given no reason for sure and found the amount of interviews to be a red flag considering the position was listed an internship. Some questions asked included if I participated in insurance clubs, if I took HR courses, and if I had experience using HR software. Being this an internship, I was surprised by the seemingly crucial need for experience by the company. I also felt mislead being during my third interview and the company to be unprofessional being an interviewer joked about hiring me only to send a standard rejection letter a few days later. I am highly disappointed for these reasons.
