2 interviews, first with someone from HR, typical interview with competency based questions, Second stage was with the sales manager of Slough. One of the worst hiring experiences for a company that isnt even highly accredited, they're a bottom tier dealership. I was instructed to read a technical spec brochure for the vauxhall corsa 19 pages of specs of all the vehicle itterations in 2 days expecting to delineate this in the interview. hint if you get 1 detail wrong about the vehicle when questioned its entirely your fault and it means you'd trasfer this propencity of spreading misinformation to the customer. The interviewer made rash negative assumption of my sales abilites and was overall rude, condecending and patronising throughout the interview. For a job that was so unrewarding anyway to have the audacity to structure the interview in that manner is overerly suggestive of the culture of the company and the culture of the management whom think they are selling bentleys and not overpriced 1L corsa's that burn the gearbox every time it goes up a slight incline.

Very unprofessional recruiter, first screening interview was all over the place look uninterested and never got back to me in regards to the next steps or outcome. I should not have gone for the interview as I had already seen someone write about a similar experience on Glassdoor
