I talked to the hiring manager via email, and scheduled an interview. Having experience helped but was not necessary it gave me an upper hand against other candidates. Rehabilitation has always interested me so I was able to sell myself to my employer.

Interview
Easy. Talked for about 5 minutes and walked around the facility. The new HR director spends much more time in the interview. Drug test, credit check and background check will follow. Most of the employees dont warm up quickly due to the high turnover rates.
