Written skills test, oral skills scenario, then interview with operations. They have online and in person interviews which are large recruitment events. You will need your requifed documentation, like your NREMT and they are flexible with whether you have received your state cert in the mail.

After applying I was invited to take an online written exam on NREMT basics. After completing the written exam, I was sent a link to interview over zoom. The interview was with a person from HR and mostly went over why I wanted to work at advantage. They give you a stroke situation and ask what you would do.
