Interview
it was not a very long interview. only a few questions about previous job experience. some question on how to handle sales and marketing. some opening and closing lines to make a successful sale. questions about flexibility of schedule and availability on the weekends and during the holiday season. basically pretty straight forward nothing too tricky or fancy. its all good as long as you sweet talk them into believing that you're a person with absolutely no life and are willing to do what so ever the job requires.
There was an initial 15 minute video interview to go over the basic job requirements: pay, mileage reimbursement, and general territory overview. They didn't really ask me any questions, other than if I was willing to sell and not just be a merchandiser.

Interview
Easy interview process. Phone Interview followed by a video interview where, you have a more personal interview experience. You don't need anything special to access the video interview. You can do it from your computer, tablet, or phone.
Good interview process. Checked for knowledge of position I was applying for, previous work experience, and what area i lived in. The rest was basic line of questions for interviewing.
