Advantage Solutions Merchandiser interview questions

I was told what the job was; no questions were asked. The manager seemed determined to find a quick replacement. No proper training was offered during the process. The manager seemed half-witted and problematic with authority.

First there was a Phone interview that lasted approx 30-45 minutes. Thought there would also be a face to face interview after but there was not was called back later that day with offer.interview but there was not.
