Interview
Advocate Aurora uses a two step interview process. Met with a recruiter, then hiring manager. Mostly behavioral interview questions. Recruiter called within a few days of applying. The second interview should be within a week.
Phone call, then interview via video. In person interview was fine. Met with two managers before being hired. The interview process took about 2-3 weeks. Requirement of emails and phone calls like any other job.

Interview
A phone interview followed by an in-person interview. The phone interview was with a recruiter and the in-person was with the regional coordinator. Both interviews were performed within two weeks of each other. I thought the process was quite quick.
