Please beware before interviewing with Aeolus. I did not have a pleasant experience. The first round is a 6 hour online coding test. The second round is another 8-10 hour of coding task. For the second round, the CTO and engineers promised in their emails that I will be compensated $250 for my time doing the test. I finished the second round 2 weeks ago and invoiced then right after. I did not receive payment untila week later and checked back with them. They said I will get my payment early the next week. They never did pay me the next week. I checked back with them again, and this time nobody replied my email. I never get any feedback for my interview either. Never got any rejection email. I assume I was rejected? It’s not about the money really - it’s not a large amount. I’m questioning more of their integrity as a company. Would you want to work for such a company?
