      Interview

I applied for the position on my university's job board, and was contacted a few days later by an internal recruiter. We talked briefly and she explained the role, and she set me up to talk the next day with the regional recruiter. I talked briefly with her the next day, and we set up a more formal phone interview. The following week we talked for about 25 minutes and she explained the role a little bit more in depth, and asked a handful of behavioral questions. At first she seemed a little cold and that she really wasn't interested in talking to me, but warmed up towards the end of the call. She then set me up for an on site interview when I was home for spring break. I came home two weeks later and went into the office, and the director I was supposed to meet with was not there. I met with two of the senior account managers for about an hour. Asked about four or five behavioral questions each, questions about my resume and experience, and about myself. I got a phone call from the regional recruiter the next day saying that they had very positive feedback and we arranged a half day job shadow a few days after that. Went in for the job shadow and first talked with the director I was supposed to meet with the first time for about an hour. I then shadowed two of the recruiters. I was pretty bummed when I got a letter in the mail the following week saying they would not be offering me a position. All of the interactions I had with the employees went very well and seems very positive. Probably for the best though because the hours are very long and it would have required about and hour and a half driving each day during rush hour. Overall I had a positive experience with the company and it was good interviewing practice

      Interview

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
