Interview
The first stage was a phone call with the HR lead based in Calgary. Following that, I was invited to a job shadow half-day with account managers. The shadow day was essentially a series of casual conversations to evaluate your 'fit' with the company culture.

Interview
The interview process was longer than expected. I went through three phone interviews before an in person interview. Everyone was extremely nice throughout the interview process. However, I was nervous because the interview process was so lengthy. I recommend having a mock interview with several people prior to this interview because the final interview is with a panel of people.
