After applying through Aeroteks website I contact by the hiring manager, where I was given a brief description of the role, the salary. I was then asked about my gaming habits such as how often I played video games, what kind of games etc. Following this I was then instructed to complete an online Spelling and Grammar test. After completing this test I was contacted by phone again to schedule an in person interview test at their Redmond testing offices which is a stones throw from the main Nintendo Offices. The test itself is conducted on a laptop and is multiple choice. You are shown a short clip and have to identify the error, be it spelling, screen tear or other kind of glitch. All candidates that successfully passed the test were taken to a conference room where more information about the testing role, the company and general working practices were covered in greater detail.
