It was very simple, they just wanted to make sure that you meet the job description. Once they verified that you met the job description they had you contact the field representative to get the jobsite address.
Interview was fast and over the phone. The recruiter took as much info regarding my experience and connected me with a few local jobs hiring. Pay and location was my main concerns and were able to accommodate me.

Three interviews, drug test and landed the job. The interviews were technically sound and great. The company wanted established talent, not to much training on the job. It pays to have a very good college or trade school background.
