Took assessments , got a text from a recruiter & scheduled a call time, was stood up. Was then called the next day and interviewed, got all the info for the job & set up an HR manager interview for next day . Recruiter never sent me the link for the interview so obviously I missed it . Tried to reach out to recruiter & company to no avail. Pretty unprofessional and waste of time.

Interview
Conducted HR phone screen within 48 Hours of applying. Within a day, I received a follow-up call from another HR rep for a onsite interview, scheduled the following week. Very professional but friendly interview was held. Interview was held in early December, was indicated I would hear back soon. I have not heard anything in nearly a month since - no rejection, no acceptance, etc.
Note: I worked for Aetna for 4 years - from 2010 to 2014. Their recruitment process then was 1.5 Months when getting back to me. I had hoped their recruitment process had improved, but unfortunately, the turn-around times are still a struggle.
