Phone interview with recruiter, then interviewed on site with supervisor, about two weeks later I got an email saying I did not get the job, then a couple of weeks later, the recruiter called to see if I would still be interested, then the supervisor called and offered the job contingent on background check and drug test

I received a phone call and email from a recruiter asking if I was interested in applying for the position after she saw my resume in connection with a different position. Short interview with the recruiter, 1 hour interview with panel of 3 including the hiring manager. Short interview with the business manager. Received an offer 4 days after final interview.

The managers explain the process, the history of Aetna, expectations, and some past case examples. Honestly was the best interview process I ever had. It seemed they took all the past errors, success, and feedback to develop their interview process.
