Upon shortlisting, HR sent a link to complete a long form and prepare relevant documents, before one can advance to the interview stage. Spent so much time and effort on them, would be appreciative if they sent rejection email instead of completely ghosting.

Company did not bother to follow up after the interview, would have appreciated a rejection at least, kept hanging for weeks waiting for outcome of the interview. Required to fill in a lengthy google form
