Initial interview is a fact finding and informational process to vet interest of potential candidates. During this group fact finding process and interest gauge stage the presenter will give you information about the company and give you some scenarios of potential earnings.
They cover what your daily duties will be and your responsibilities in developing future business.

Pretty easy, they seem to take everyone. The office is set up a little strangely with Aflac decorations everywhere. They do a group interview first which is a big tipoff, then you will likely be invited back for a one on one.

There is a Virtual group setting with up to 20 candidates and cameras are mandatory. You must look at a presentation on video and theres a host that sums up the company background and position. Then you ask questions after about 20 minutes.
