Interview
Two part, first information group meeting, second individual with region manager.
Show desire to sell not manage. Aflac will pay for Insurance license online course, Applicant must pay for license and background check.
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
