I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2019
Interview
Really more of a presentation. You walked in expecting to convince someone to hire you and they were actually trying to recruit you. So there is no stress, if you want the job you have it.

Question 1
There really weren't any other than the company trying to find out what you needed to make out the gate. The job is all commission.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
