I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aflac (Virginia Beach, VA) in Jun 2017
Interview
It is a 2-step process. Generally, a meeting with the regional manager to gain information on the position, then a scheduled one-on-one interview. However, with the pandemic, it is just a 1-step interview via zoom for most locations. Be yourself! Every personality can bring something to the table, so shine your best strength! You do NOT need sales experience, the training and support they provide is incredible and ongoing.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
My previous line(s) of work. How did I hear about Aflac. Pretty much the normal interview.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Nashville, TN)
Interview
It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2025
Interview
The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
