Did a first round phone interview for Aflac's recruiter position that was temp to permanent hire. Pay range was $14 - $28 per hour. Expected to do face to face interview within coming days.

Overview of Aflac and then what they were looking for and needing from me. Wanted to see if I could think on my feet; which I was. He loved that I was giving suggestions; even though they were ideas that he had already come up with.
