Was mislead with how this "interview" process worked. Received an email from a lady asking to join a 1 on 1 zoom interview. Once I log in, there are 30 plus other people and a "manager" talking about how to run our own business using insurance policies. A lot of red flags and MLM lingo was used such as mentorship, passive income, recruitment, etc. There were going to be a breakout session with 1 on 1s but I hung up early because I was truly disgusted on how misleading this process was. I would avoid this company altogether if possible as it shows traditional signs of MLM/Pyramids. The major red flag for me was when they specifically mentioned we all had the job without even conducting a formal interview. They literally recruit anyone.

Overall fairly good interview, which went pretty smoothly. A lot of emphasis on how much income you can make, etc. Overall fairly good impression and the team seemed very cordial in our first introductions.
