I met with a Regional director of Concord and the District Manager on two different dates, separately. It was relatively laid-back and friendly. Questions were asked about my experience as an Insurance sales person as well as other job experiences. Questions about my financial expectations were asked. When I expressed my financial requirements, I was told it was obtainable. Not the case at all.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
