I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aflac (Melbourne, FL) in Apr 2013
Interview
Meeting with District Manager, and Coordinator in training n the local aflac office. Then meeting with other alflac representatives. Has to go to week training session. It was an intensive training period. It took place over 3 days. Itself have to say, I was intimidated at first, but yhe trainers, eased my concerns, and it became a delightful experience
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Nashville, TN)
Interview
It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
