It first started with a verbal interview with two representatives from the company,one senior manager and one HR scriber.
Questions were asked and I was given enough time to respond and also was able to add on missed points too.
There were score ratings too but I was not allowed to peruse through them.
Then followed an assessment based on the in depth processes of the job of which also was a bit practical.
Then two weeks after,they called me for a second interview of which it was fully focused on assessment and practicals.
