El proceso son tres entrevistas, en ingles
La primera entrevista es una con RRHH, para que revisen tu perfil, disponibilidad, y tu nivel de ingles
La segunda entrevista es una prueba técnica que depende del puesto al que optes. En mi caso era backend y consistia en completar una API y en pasar los test.
La tercera entrevista es con el CTO, que te revisará el código y si tenias algo mal hecho. Por ejemplo, formato de fecha hardcodeado en mi caso.

Question 1
Las de RRHH son las tipicas preguntas de perfil psicotecnico:
-Que opinión tienen de ti tu anteriorjefe y tus compañeros
-Como te ves en cinco años
-Por que has contactado con nosotros.
En la entrevista técnica tienes que completar un codigo, en mi caso para la api de un backend. Hay que ser puntilloso, valoran que apliques SOLID, aunque el codigo ya obliga a eso, y no quieren nada hardcodeado
