Great process very friendly. The team was very open and gave a good idea of the inter workings of the company, which teams worked together and who you would report to and how were outlined as well as a training schedule. A tour was also provided .
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Agility Fuel Systems
Interview
Most questionable chain of interviews I've ever had. Started with a normal screening call at least.
The next few real interviews were all with at least 4 engineers, endlessly asking behavioral questions: "give an example of a time when", "what have/would you do if...?" for over an hour. They frequently asked almost identical versions of these questions multiple times.
Even better yet was the following events:
- Telling me the night before my interview(9 AM) that I needed to make a 15 minute presentation for it
- One of the interviewers (who clearly hadn't paid attention in any of the interviews) asked the same question another interviewer had already asked, twice
- I was frequently mixed up with other candidates, mistaking hobbies, work experience, and even name
- Caught interviewers pulling questions from google multiple times
- Overall apathetic energy from the group despite best efforts
While the main interviewer was explaining that management at the company had changed recently and that there are lots of growth opportunities, I could visibly see the other engineers' eyes drop.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you and management disagreed
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Agility Fuel Systems (Salisbury, NC) in Aug 2015
Interview
So smooth, the concrete dust had not settled when I came in. The Hiring manager knew all about me , we both had retired from the same company years prior. I expected to do great things at this new facility before I met my boss.
