Agios Pharmaceuticals interview questions

Very long interview process. After 12 interviews/conversations, they picked another candidate after me. The process was overall a good experience though, with clear expectations set. Would do it all over again because the company seems like a great place to work.

3 interviews, it was average. Mainly asked behavioral questions and interest in company, like describe a time when you (blank). Met with three teams, HR, hiring manager, director and was 30-40 minutes long each.
